Ease into the day with coffee, fresh fruit, and light bites before your first Pilates class that will wake up both your body and your mood.

After class, enjoy a traditional Oaxacan breakfast before spending a slow morning however you'd like. Read by the pool, walk along the beach, 1:1 pilates sesh with Sav or simply enjoy having nowhere to be.

As the sun begins to set, we'll gather for a private mezcal tasting where you'll learn about the history and craftsmanship behind traditional Oaxacan Mezcal and Tequila before sitting down for dinner together.

Start the morning with high vibes and energy in a 30 minute express HIIT Pilates class before enjoying another chef-prepared breakfast.

Then we'll head to the marina and board a private boat for one of the highlights of the retreat. Spend the day cruising along the Oaxacan coast, stopping at beautiful beaches that are only accessible by boat. Swim, snorkel, relax and soak up the sunshine while the crew keeps snacks and drinks flowing throughout the day.

We'll stop for lunch on the beach before making our way back to the villa for dinner.

The evening is full of games, conversations, and plenty of laughs (trust us).

After a morning Pilates class and breakfast together, the day is completely yours.

Spend it relaxing by the pool, exploring town and local shops (it’s so cute), walking the beach (classic), or simply enjoying the villa.

Options to add on a surf lesson OR schedule an oceanfront massage at the villa.

That evening we have our final group dinner celebrating an unforgettable week together.

We'll begin the morning with a more restorative Pilates and Yoga class followed by one final breakfast together.
